We take great pride in providing excellent service to all of our customers. All of our cleaners are vetted to make sure they fit our core principles of providing great cleaning, on time and in a professional manner. You can even track us on the day of your booking. How does it work?

It couldn't be easier to choose one of our amazing cleaning services. You can book all of our services online in minutes. Simply answer a few questions about your property and your ideal date and time, you'll then have the option to book once you're happy with your price.

How much does it cost?

Our prices depend on the service you choose and the level of cleaning you require. We do not do hourly pricing, we don't believe hourly pricing is a fair model for our customers. Our prices are package prices.

For example, regular cleaning starts from as little as $137, and a one-off deep clean for a 1 bedroom apartment starts from $297. Our prices include all materials and equipment.

Do I need to be in?

No need to be in on the day of your clean. You can let us in and go about your day. Or you can leave your keys in a safe space and we’ll let ourselves out at the end and secure your property using your agreed instructions. You can even take advantage of our Key Pick Up and Drop Off Service from your real estate agent.

Will I get an expert cleaner?

Absolutely. All of our cleaners are professionally and expertly trained and accredited to make sure all of our services are carried out to our high standards. In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy, please get in touch

What happens after I book?

After you have made a booking with us we’ll confirm your date and time with you and make sure you are happy with your quote. You will receive an email and a text a day ahead of your booking time as a friendly reminder. On the day of your booking, you will receive a tracking link to track the arrival of your cleaning team

How do I pay?

You can pay online using credit or debit card at the end of your booking form. We do not accept cash or cheques. Payment must be made upfront for all of our services. You are protected by our money back guarantee

Do I need to provide any chemicals are equipment?

No. All of our cleaners are trained to use our own cleaning chemicals, supplies and equipment. We come with everything we need to carry out an amazing clean.
